2 oz Peanut Oil
2 serving Rice Vinegar
3 tbsp Shiro Miso, Organic
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 medium Carrots
3 tsp Ginger Root
4 oz Water

Recipe Directions for MIso-Ginger Dressing

  1. Chop carrots and ginger.

  2. Add to food processor and pulse until finely minced.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
