1 tbs. canola oil
1/4 c. rice vinegar
3 tbs. white miso paste
1 tbs. sesame oil
2 medium carrots
4 tbs. fresh ginger root
1/8 package splenda (to taste)

Recipe Directions for Miso Carrot Ginger Dressing

Blend in blender until smooth. Serve over spring greens. I estimated 1 Tbs. per serving, with a total volume of 1 1/4 c. You might need to add water or more carrot to reach the correct total volume.
