Recipe Ingredients for Miso Broth

116 g cabbage
43 g cherry tomato
46 g baby carrot
300 g tofu
32 g kelp
1 tbsp miso paste
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
500 g water

Recipe Directions for Miso Broth

  1. Boil water, put miso paste in and stir.

  2. Put everything in except the tomato and carrot and wait for water to boil again.
