4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
200 grams Cottage Cheese Lowfat 2% Milkfat
1 tbsp chopped Onions
4 medium Egg, Whole
2 tsp Unico Sunflower Oil
3 clove Garlic
2 pkg Sugar Packet
400 grams Bell Peppers

Recipe Directions for Mish Mash

Start by frying the onion and garlic after 3 min add the chopped peppers and tomatoes, stir and after around 15 minutes add the scrambled eggs and cheese in about 10 minutes the dish is ready for serving
