Recipe Ingredients for Mish Mash casserole

20 oz extra lean ground turkey
1 1/2 cups soup, 98% fat free cream of mushroom
1 Jalapeno pepper (seeded)
1/2 cup asparagus, diced
4 medium green onions
5 medium mushrooms
2 low carb tortillas (really 3 of the 50 cals.)
4 tablespoons hot sauce
2 oz. Cheese, Singles American Fat free (3 slices)

Recipe Directions for Mish Mash casserole

  1. cook up ground turkey

  2. Dice Jalapeno, asparagus, green onions, and mushrooms

  3. in a casserole dishmix soup, 1/4 cups water, hot sauce, diced veggies.

  4. Tear up tortillas into strips or squares and mix into casserole dish

  5. add cooked turkey to casserole, mix in

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

  7. top with cheese slices and bake for another 5-10 min
