1 teaspoon olive oil
2 scallions, chopped
1/4 cup onion, sliced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced
1 habanero pepper, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 roma tomato, sliced

Recipe Directions for Mise en place for Jack Mackerel

  1. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat.

  2. Saute garlic, onion, and scallions.

  3. Add Jack Mackerel in tomato sauce to pan. Stir and let cook for 5 minutes.
