Recipe Ingredients for Misc: Yogurt Parfait

2 2/3 c. plain yogurt
4.37 oz. Cascadian farms granola (1.5 cup)

For the fruit topping:
1 c. chopped strawberries
1 c. blueberries
3 T. sugar

Recipe Directions for Misc: Yogurt Parfait

  1. Make the fruit topping: Cook fruit and sugar over medium heat until bubbling. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5-10 minutes until thickened. Mash it up a bit. Let cool. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Makes about 1 cup.

  2. Assemble parfaits: Place 1/3 c. yogurt in the bottom of a small dish. Top with 2 T. fruit topping and 3 T. granola.
