I couldn't believe it when I saw the calorie count on this soup... an entire POT of this soup is only 221 CALORIES, but it's so filling you'd be hard pressed even to eat 50 calories worth in one sitting, and I'm a BIG eater! WOW! Super easy, super quick, super filling, super low cal. It's actually a little salty, so you could even water it down a bit. I also recommend adding some hot sauce or chili peppers if you want to give it kick. I counted the whole pot as a serving since it's so ridiculously low cal, even though no one could feasibly eat all this!

Recipe Ingredients for MIRACLE SOUP!

2 cups broccoli
2 cups spinach
2 cups mushroom
2 cups celery
2 cups cauliflower
7 tsp Beef Bouillon Powder
8 cups water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp dill

Recipe Directions for MIRACLE SOUP!

  1. Roughly chop up all vegetables.

  2. Put everything except the mushrooms and the dill into the pot.

  3. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the veggies are tender.

  4. Then add in the mushrooms and dill and simmer for a minute or two longer.

  5. VOILA - miracle soup!
