118 g onion (6 onions)
86 g green pepper (3 green peppers)
820 g celery (big bunch of celery)
992 g cabbage (1 large head cabbage)
410 g tomatoes (1 can or use fresh tomatoes)

Recipe Directions for Miracle Soup - 57cals/1 cup

  1. Cut vegetables in medium pieces

  2. boil covered with water for 10mins

  3. turn on low heat and simmer veg until soft.

  4. add flavour! herbs, spices, stock (watch the fat content - I usually use a concentrated bouillon stock)
