Fruit salad. Sample fruits are included, note the Light dressing, fewer calories but still have good taste. Feel free to substitute light mayo for light miracle whip.

Recipe Ingredients for Miracle Fruit Salad

14 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
4 medium raw Kiwifruit
1 medium (3") Apples

Recipe Directions for Miracle Fruit Salad

  1. First take all your fruits and wash them.

  2. Start with the fruits that don't oxidize as fast, such as strawberries, bananas, oranges, etc. Cut the tops of the strawberries, hull, and slice to 1/8" to 1/4". Bananas after peeling of course, slice about 1/4". Do this for the rest of the fruits. Try not to remove the skin unnecessarily(kiwis and bananas and oranges obviously need to be peeled)as it contains a lot of nutrients.

  3. Next core the apples and dice into 1/4"-3/8" cubes.

  4. In the same bowl, combine all fruit and add 3 Tb of the dressings and mix well till the dressing coats the fruit. Allow it to sit in the fridge for at least 30 min. Thats it! Simple, delicious, and less that 100 calories per serving.
