Lo Carb Muffin for Breakfast or Snack You can sub in 1Tbs almond flour for some flax. You can use 1TBS sugar instead of Stevia.

4 tbsp Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
1 serving Baking Powder
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.75 oz Cream Cheese Original
0.5 packet Stevia

Recipe Directions for Minute Mug muffin

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a coffee mug, Add Oil and Egg and mix well.

  2. Drop in cubed cream cheese

  3. Microwave on High for 1 minutes
