2 medium Cucumber, Peeled
1 medium apple Apples
1 oz Mint
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Minty Fresh Cucumber Salad

  1. 1.Peel cucumber

  2. 2. Thinly slice cucumber and apple- thinner the better

  3. 3.Rub salt into slices

  4. 4.Finely chop mint and mix into salad

  5. 5.Press gently for 30 mins

  6. 6.Add lemon juice and serve

  7. Garnish with a few whole mint leaves :)
