Lemon juice should be juice of 1 lemon Use 1/2 bunch fresh chopped cilantro leaves Use 1/2 bunch fress chopped mint leaves

1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup cilantro
1 cup mint
2 green onions, green parts only
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tspn Extra-virgin olive oil
1 Salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Mint Yogurt Dressing

  1. Combine yogurt, cilantro, mint, green onions, honey, lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, and salt and pepper, to taste, in a blender.

  2. Blend until mixture is fully combined and has a smooth consistency.
