Great sauce used first with Lentil Almond Stir fry but good with other things that you want to add a nice spicy fresh taste too. Good paired with plain yogurt also.

Recipe Ingredients for Mint Sauce

1 cup spearmint, fresh
1 pepper, serrano chile
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. agave nectar or honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Mint Sauce

Combine the mint leaves, serrano, olive oil, salt, agave nectar, and lemon juice in a food processor (or blender). Give it a few pulses, just enough for the mint to break down a bit. Taste, adjust for your tastes (more serrano? salt?) - set aside.
