Recipe Ingredients for Mint Pea Salad

3 cups peas, frozen
19 ounces chick peas
2 green onions
3 tbsp mint, fresh
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
2 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Mint Pea Salad

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients.

  2. Combine rest of ingredients in a small dish and drizzle over first ingredients.

  3. Toss.
