A low calorie version of the popular mint mojito

Recipe Ingredients for Mint Mojito- low cal

1 oz rum, 40% alcohol
4 oz club soda
3/4 oz lime juice
2 tbsp spearmint, fresh
3 oz ice

Recipe Directions for Mint Mojito- low cal

  1. place lime juice, 8 to 10 mint leaves, splenda pckt and some ice into tall glass

  2. use muddle to crush together and release mint flavor

  3. add remaining ice

  4. add rum

  5. top off with club soda

  6. stir gently and serve

  7. ( you can strain after muddle to remove mint leaves if desired)
