Healthy & Tasty side dish for Rice & Chappathi

Recipe Ingredients for Mint chutney

1 cup fresh mint
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Roma tomato
1 tsp tamarind pulp
2 Red pepper
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1/4 cup split chickpeas
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for Mint chutney

Heat oil in the pan, once oil is hot Put Red pepper & chopped onion any fry until it is tender once its done add tomato and fry for 3 min. Add mint and fry for 2 min then add tamarind pulp and split chick peas & cover the pan with lid & remove from heat after 5 min blend it to a smooth paste by adding water
