Small crustless broccoli and cheese quiches

Recipe Ingredients for Mini Quiches

1 cup skim milk
3 eggs
2 tbls flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups Broccoli, chopped
2 cups chedder cheese, shreaded
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
3 medium slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Recipe Directions for Mini Quiches

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degress

  2. Spray muffin pan with pam

  3. Whisk together milk, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl

  4. Stir broccoli, cheese and bell pepper into egg mixture

  5. Spoon egg mixture into muffin pan 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup per spot

  6. Bake at 350 for 23-28 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is lightly golden brown

  7. Cool 15 minutes in pan and remove.
