Recipe Ingredients for Mini Quiche

3 egg Cage Free All Natural Large Egg
1 serving Cottage Cheese Lowfat 2% Milkfat
1 tablespoons Cream Half and Half
0.5 oz Gruyere
5 grams Organics All Purpose Flour Unbleached
1/4 tsp Oregano
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Mini Quiche

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.

  2. Spray one 12-cup muffin tin.

  3. Whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, and half-and-half in a bowl until combined. Add gruyere, flour, and oregano and mix well.

  4. Pour into muffin tins. It might only fill eight or so- you want them about half or three-quarters of the way full.

  5. Bake for at least 20 minutes or until puffy.

  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
