7 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for mini quiche

Scramble 7 eggs, add chopped broccoli, portabella mushrooms, green onions, and garlic and mix. Add 1/8 cup of shredded italian cheese. Spoon egg mixture into lined cupcake pan. Bake for 30min at 375*F.
