Recipe Ingredients for Mini Quiche Muffins

1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Milk, Fluid, 3.25% Milkfat
0.13 cup, sliced Peppers, Jalapeno
0.13 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp. Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached

Recipe Directions for Mini Quiche Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees,

  2. Place milk, flour and egg in a small bowl and whisk together until yolks and whites combine.

  3. Add in veggies. You can play with these a bit. Use bell peppers, tomatoes, potatoes-whatever you have on hand.

  4. Spray muffin tin generously with Pam.

  5. Ladle in egg.

  6. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes until golden around the edges.
