Quick and easy mini-pizzas made with canned biscuit dough...great for finger food potlucks and kids!

Recipe Ingredients for Mini Pizzas

10 biscuit (2-1/2" dia) Biscuits, Plain Or Buttermilk, Refrigerated Dough, Higher Fat, Baked
1 serving Sauce, pizza, canned, ready-to-serve
1 serving Sliced Pepperoni
0.5 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mini Pizzas

  1. Flatten each biscuit to about half of normal thickness.

  2. Put a teaspoon of sauce, a pinch of mozarella cheese, and a pepperoni on each biscuit.

  3. Bake at 350 for about ten minutes.
