Recipe Ingredients for Mini Pizzas

1 roll Sandwich Thins
1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
0.25 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
0.5 serving Sliced Turkey Pepperoni
2 medium Mushrooms
2 ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick) Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 serving Sliced Salad Olives

Recipe Directions for Mini Pizzas

  1. lay out half of the rolls add pizza sauce to both, then add mozzarella and toppings.

  2. bake in oven at about 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
