Recipe Ingredients for Mini Pizzas

2 serving Select 100% Whole Wheat Pre-Sliced Sandwich Thins
10 grams Pellicano's Southern Italian Style Pizza Sauce
3 serving Top's Mozzarella, 2% Milk, Reduced Fat
107 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
33 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
71 grams Onions
40 grams Baby Spinach
91 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.67 serving Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Mini Pizzas

  1. Grill the chicken breast.

  2. Meanwhile, saute the vegetables in 1 tsp of oil. Wait until the crunchy ones are soft before adding the spinach.

  3. Split the sandwich thins in two, then brush the backs with remaining oil and spread with sauce.

  4. Layer on veg, cheese, and finely chopped chicken.

  5. Bake in over at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Place directly on rack to have a crispy crust.
