personal sized cheesecake! super easy! also good with a dollop of cool whip on top (not included in recipe analysis)!

Recipe Ingredients for Mini Oreo Cheesecake

12 oreo cookies
500 g light cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted

Recipe Directions for Mini Oreo Cheesecake

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. take room temperature cream cheese (or microwave for 1 min to soften) add sugar and beat on medium with a mixer

  3. add one egg at a time beat on low with mixer

  4. line muffin tin with muffin paper

  5. place one oreo cookie in each cup

  6. top with cream cheese mixture

  7. bake 20 min

  8. cool for at least 3 hours in refridgerator

  9. melt chocolate chips and put melted chocolate in ziploc bag. trim the corner off with scissors and decorate the tops of the cheesecake with melted chocolate (hearts, zigzags, squiggles, etc)

  10. keep refridgerated until served.
