Recipe Ingredients for Mini Meatloaves

1 lb Lean Ground Beef
120 g Stove Top Stuffing Mix
1 cup Water
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Mini Meatloaves

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Mix all but the cheese together and blend well.

  3. Divide into eight and fill each muffin tin with a ball.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Top with cheese and continue baking for another 5 minutes.

  6. Let it stand 10 minutes before serving.
