1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing mix (flavour doesn't matter)
1 cup water
1 tbsp Garlic Powder - Roasted Red Peper and Garlic
1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce - Diana's Honey Garlic
1/2 cup Cheese Whiz

Recipe Directions for Mini Meatloaves

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix the meat, stuffing mix, water and seasoning until well blended.

  3. Press into 8 muffin cups that have been sprayed with a non stick spray.
