Made in standard muffin pan..Not jumbo...Uses fresh zucchini

Recipe Ingredients for Mini Meatloaves

15 ounces lean ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
8 oz can tomato sauce
2 cups zucchini, grated
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp dried mustard

Recipe Directions for Mini Meatloaves

Mix all ingredients well. Using 1/3 cup measure divide into muffin pan lined with Reynold's foil cupcake liners. It helps to spray the pan and the cupcake liners with Pam for easy clean up and removal of meatloaves. Top with ketchup and bake at 400 for about 20 to 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
