Recipe Ingredients for mini meatless loaves

250 g firm tofu
1 1/2 cups chickpeas, boiled, drained
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp honey dijon mustard
1 egg
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for mini meatless loaves

  1. combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth

  2. divide among lightly greased muffin cups

  3. bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes until firm and golden brown
