Mini Meat Loaves in Muffin Tins * 5 oz of bread crumbs is actually 1 cup!

Recipe Ingredients for Mini Meat Loaves

24 oz raw 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
1 medium Carrots
1 small Onions
2 serving Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
3 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
5 oz Bread Crumbs
1 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Hot Sauce
0.33 cup Ketchup
0.67 tbsp Honey Clover

Recipe Directions for Mini Meat Loaves

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Spray a standard muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Put the ground sirloin in a mixing bowl.

  4. Grate in the onion, carrot, and garlic.

  5. Add the salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup of bread crumbs, & egg.

  6. Mix with your hands to combine. Do not over-mix the ingredients.

  7. Portion the mixture into the prepared muffin pan by lightly rolling the meat mixture into balls with your hands.

  8. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup with a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce, the hot sauce, and the honey.

  9. Spoon some on top of each mini meat loaf.

  10. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

  11. To make sure that they are cooked through, cut into one mini loaf; the meat should no longer be pink.
