Individual meat loafs made in muffin tin. The calories are approximate depending upon the kind of meat you use, sauce, cheese, and bread crumbs.

Recipe Ingredients for Mini Meat Loaf

1 lb beef, ground, 90% lean
1 c. water
2 c. bread crumbs
2 egg whites
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Mini Meat Loaf

  1. cook hamburger (I use 97% lean). Add onion salt to taste if desired

  2. combine water, bread crumbs (I use a generic stuffing mix) and egg whites with hamburger

  3. divide out into muffin tins

  4. bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes

  5. top with tomato sauce or pizza sauce and shredded cheese

  6. bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
