Delicious and very easy individual-sized fruit tarts

Recipe Ingredients for mini fruit tarts

14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
16 serving kroger sugar cookie dough
8 oz Cream Cheese
0.33 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 tbsp Apricot Preserves
51 berries Blueberries
17 raspberries Raspberries
8 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries

Recipe Directions for mini fruit tarts

Press sliced sugar cookie dough into bottoms (and partially up sides) of greased and floured muffin tins. Bake for 11 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let cool to room temperature. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add lemon juice and vanilla and stir until combined. Spoon cream cheese mixture into tart shells. Let chill 2 hours. Top tarts with fresh fruit. In microwave-safe bowl, heat apricot preserves until liquid. Strain through sieve to remove any fruit bits. Brush over tarts. Chill until ready to serve.
