Recipe Ingredients for Mini Donut Muffins

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine,melted
3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup all purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Mini Donut Muffins

Mix 1/2 cup sugar, i/4 cup margarine, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Stir in Milk, then mix inthe bp and flour until just combined. Fill prepared muffin cups about half full. Bake until the tops are lightly golden, about 10-13 min. While muffins are baking, place 1/4 cup melted margarine in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar with 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Remove muffins from their cups, dip each muffin inthe melted margarine and roll inthe sugar cinnamon mixture.
