Recipe Ingredients for Mini crab and shrimp cakes

6 oz crab meat
6 prawns, cooked and chopped finely
2 eggs
4 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp psyllium husks
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 green onions, sliced thinly
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c spinach, cut into chiffonade
2 tbsp chives, chopped finely
1/4 tsp dill
1 pinch dry mustard

Recipe Directions for Mini crab and shrimp cakes

Mix all ingredients well. Divide among the cups of a nonstick muffin pan and press down to form a cake. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
