Recipe Ingredients for Mini-Chicken Pizzas

1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
80 grams Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
42 grams 6" Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas 10ct
60 2/5 grams Old El Paso Salsa Thick N Chunky Extra Mild
15 grams Vegan Gourmet Cream Cheese Alternative
3 tbsp(5 g) Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mini-Chicken Pizzas

  1. Spray a 12 muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Cut tortillas into 12 small circles using the top of a soup can.

  3. Place 1 tsp of salsa on each mini-pizza.

  4. Top with chicken.

  5. Top chicken with 1 tsp salsa.

  6. Top with a sprinkle of parmesan.

  7. Top with a small piece of cheese.

  8. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.

  9. Serve warm!
