Slice the bread into 4 for mini cheese fingers. Use different cheese for less calories. A delicious lunch-time snack.

Recipe Ingredients for Mini Cheeses

1 slice bread
1 slice cheddar cheese
4 slice tomato

Recipe Directions for Mini Cheeses

  1. Pre-heat the grill

  2. Toast the bread for 3-4 mins

  3. Slice or grate a handful of cheese (using more or less depending on caloric intake)

  4. Slice 4 large tomato circles.

  5. Place the cheese on the bread, then layer the tomato on top.

  6. Grill for 3-5 mins or until the cheese has melted and the tomatoes are slightly brown.

  7. Enjoy!
