Recipe Ingredients for Mini-burger/meatball mix

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb soft tofu, drained well and crumbled
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 slices bread, processed into breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 t salt
1 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Mini-burger/meatball mix

  1. Moisten the breadcrumbs a bit

  2. Saute the onion a little with a bit of the oil

  3. Smoosh everything together in a big bowl with your hands until its all smooth and incorporated

  4. Shape into small patties (~3T size) and/or meatballs (~1T), fry in a little oil in a pan

  5. Let whatever you're not using immediately cool to room temp, then lay them out on a cookie sheet & freeze (once they're mostly frozen you can take them off the cookie sheet and store in a ziplock bag)
