1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

0.5 cup Raisins
22 serving Pure Cane Sugar
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 cup Applesauce
1/4 cup Egg Beaters

Recipe Directions for mini banana raisin muffins

mash bananas, add applesauce and raisins ..let sit 10 min. combine flour, oatmeal, salt and baking soda..mix.. set aside. spice with nutmeg and cinnamin to banana mixture, add eggbeaters. stir in flour mixture. scoop into mini muffin pan bake 350 for 12 mins.
