Recipe Ingredients for Mini banana muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cups Splenda
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup egg whites
1 1/4 cup bananas
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce

Recipe Directions for Mini banana muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix all dry ingredients

  3. Add egg whites, bananas, and applesauce

  4. Stir or mix well.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes for large muffin cups, 10 minutes for mini muffins

  6. Cool on wire rack
