Recipe Ingredients for Mini Baked Black Bean Patties

1 cup black beans
1 cup peas
1 tomato
1 oz tofu
1 cup corn
1 cup spinach
1 tsp oregano
2 jalapeno peppers
1 dash of salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne

Recipe Directions for Mini Baked Black Bean Patties

  1. pre heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. blend together alll ingredients

  3. add flour and spices last

  4. mix together well

  5. spoon and/or mold onto a baking sheet and pop into the oven until they turn kind of brown

  6. enjoy!
