4 cups water
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup red onion
1/2 cup lima beans
1/2 cup pinto beans
1/2 cup navy beans
1/2 cup lentils
1 cup kale

Recipe Directions for minestrone soup

  1. rinse all bean

  2. chop onion and carrots

  3. add juice and water

  4. simmer for 1 hour

  5. add precooked kale
