Recipe Ingredients for Minestrone

3/4 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
28 oz. stewed tomatoes
15 oz kidney beans
15 oz. corn
2 small zucchini
1 oz spaghetti
3 cups water
1/2 cup red wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Minestrone

  1. Cook the ground beef and drain the fat.

  2. Add veggies and liquid, heat to boil, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.

  3. Add spaghetti and the end.
