Recipe Ingredients for minestrone

2 cans chicken broth, low sodium
14 1/2 oz canned tomatoes, diced
1 carrot, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
15 oz canned kidney beans, drained
1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup italian salad dressing
1 tsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for minestrone

  1. chop vegetables and cook in oil

  2. put broth, tomatoes, vegetables in pot, cook until tender

  3. cook pasta

  4. add pasta and beans

  5. top with Parmesan cheese if desired
