Recipe Ingredients for Minestrone Ravioli Stew

14 1/2 ounce chicken broth
9 ounces Pasta, Tortellini, Cheese Filled Tre-Colore
29 ounce Diced Tomatoes
15 ounce cannellini, great northern or navy beans, rinsed and drained
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cups fresh spinach

Recipe Directions for Minestrone Ravioli Stew

  1. Bring broth and 1/2 cup water to boil in large saucepan. Add ravioli. Return to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 5 minutes.

  2. Stir in undrained tomatoes, beans and pepper. Return to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 5 minutes.

  3. Add chicken; heat through. Stir in spinach until wilted. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired.
