Hearty dish. Can add penne or elbow pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Minestrone w/o pasta

20 oz Italian-Style Meatballs
32 oz Organic Marinara Sauce
14 oz Garbanzo Beans
14 oz Kidney Beans
14 oz Cannellini White Kidney Beans
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 1/2 cup Yellow Squash
10 oz Carrots
2 cup Beef Broth
14 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Minestrone w/o pasta

Combine all ingredients. Add salt and seasoning to taste. Place in crock pot for 4-8 hours. Don't cook with pasta, add pre-cooked pasta separately to your bowl and top with Parmesan cheese.
