502 g zucchini, raw
69 g pepper, raw
199 g potatoes, raw
204 g cauliflower, steamed
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup salt

Recipe Directions for Minestrone January 13th 2010

  1. Cut all the ingredients

  2. Put the oil in the pot

  3. Put carrots, onion and celery in it

  4. Cook for a little bit

  5. Then add the other ingredients

  6. And add water (about 10 cups).

  7. Simmer for 2-3 hours

  8. Add water If needed
