Scrambled eggs the way I like them, cooked hot and fast with a little bit of butter.

Recipe Ingredients for Mindy's Scrambled eggs

3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Mindy's Scrambled eggs

  1. heat a teflon pan to the point where water will sizzle on contact

  2. beat eggs with salt and pepper until egg yolks and whites are well mixed

  3. using a rubber spatula rub butter on the inside of pan and

  4. add eggs to pan

  5. using rubber spatula stir eggs and scrape sides until eggs are mostly set

  6. flip eggs over and continue to cook until mostly dry.

  7. serve immediately
