Recipe Ingredients for Mindy's Homemade Chilli

2 lbs ground beef 90% lean
2 cups kidney beans
1 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
3 oz chilli powder
64 oz tomato juice, canned, without salt

Recipe Directions for Mindy's Homemade Chilli

Boil the kidney beans per bag instructions. Brown hamburger, onions and green peppers. Drain well. Combine all ingredients in crock pot and simmer on low for 4-6 hours.
