Recipe Ingredients for Minced Beef and Mushroom Strogonoff

250 g Beef
200 g mushrooms
1 med onion
1 clove of garlic
1/4 tsp mustard seed
1/8 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp parsley
200 g Cream of Mushroom Soup
150 ml Sour Cream Light
250 g Pasta Egg Fresh

Recipe Directions for Minced Beef and Mushroom Strogonoff

  1. Chop onions finely and brown with the mince

  2. Chop mushrooms into slices and add them to the mince when it is half cooked along with the crushed clove of Garlic

  3. In a mortar grind the herbs apart from the parsley together and sprinkle over the mince cook for a further 2 minutes

  4. Turn the heat down to a simmer and add mushroom soup and sour cream and the parsley stir in well

  5. Bring water to boil and cook pasta to package specifications (usually 2 minutes)

  6. (pasta can be substituted with white rice)

  7. Serve and enjoy
