Recipe Ingredients for Mince and Vegies

1 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
2 cup, grated Carrots
2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
500 grams Beef
50 grams Tomato Paste
3 Medium Tomatoes
6 cup, cooked Couscous, Cooked
6 cup Purely Steam Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Mince and Vegies

  1. Cook up mince

  2. Grate carrot and zucchini - add to mince

  3. Add tinned tomatoes

  4. Add kidney beans

  5. Add tomato paste

  6. Cook up cous cous and add as side dish

  7. Steam vegetables and add as side dish.
